Prices
Prices listed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT. If there are delays, out-of-stocks, or backorders, we will promptly inform you and offer solutions, such as a refund or an alternative product.
Payments
We accept payments with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard , and MobilePay . Payment will be charged only upon shipment. All transactions are protected by certified security systems.
Shipping and Deliveries
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them and deliver throughout Italy, Monday to Friday, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances or peak periods.
Delivery to collection points is free, while home delivery costs €7.90 . If it's not possible to leave the package at the delivery location, it will be dropped off at the nearest collection point and we'll notify you immediately.
Warranty and Complaints
You're entitled to a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects or malfunctions. You can request a repair, replacement, refund, or discount, depending on the issue.
The claim is void if the product is damaged due to improper use. You must report any defects to us within a reasonable time of discovery, preferably within 2 months.
If your claim is accepted, we'll also refund your documented shipping costs. Before returning the product, please contact us to make the process quick and easy.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from receipt to notify us and another 30 days to ship it back. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend packaging the product well to avoid damage.
You cannot refuse the package without notifying us first. If your order includes a gift, you must return that as well.
The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You can try it on to verify its features and functionality, but if it appears used or damaged, the refund will be reduced or void based on the residual value.
Exceptions during sales
During sales, special offers, or promotions, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible.
